How Do I Know Which Body Contouring Treatment Is Right For Me?

Updated: Mar 9, 2023

This question is a popular one for us at A Body Vibe. We’re often asked this question whenever we get a DM or a message through our social media.

While we do offer various services and packages, we always ask that you come in for a consultation prior so that we may discuss what your end goals are, and what exactly it is you are trying to achieve.

The beauty of noninvasive body contouring treatments, is that they work simultaneously together to produce results. While you can get cavitation or radiofrequency alone and see a difference, the results are amplified when done together.

However, some clients may benefit from using only radio frequency (someone with loose skin), or only cavitation (think fat that comes from behind or on the side of the hips, and even then we want to use some radio frequency).

So when discussing what service or treatment is right for you, we always sit down with you first to go over the best possible method for producing the ultimate outcome that will ensure results. We want things done safely and effectively, and will always go over your medical history prior to any treatments to make sure you are free of any contraindications.

While we may have different services and packages listed, don’t let that overwhelm you. Once we find out what you‘re trying to achieve, we will then let you know what service or treatment we think would benefit you the most.

Keep in mind that multiple sessions are required in order to get the desired results, which is why a monthly unlimited or multiple session package is usually ideal. It not only helps you to reach your goals, but it is also more cost efficient in the long run.

Our main priority at A Body Vibe is to help our clients get results, and we believe through proper execution and planning, and being able to see a client’s problem areas physically in person through an in-person consultation, we are able to acquire it.

So don’t sweat the small stuff. Our in-person consultations are free, and we will always be able to help you figure out which service/treatment would benefit you best.

To book your consultation, just visit to schedule for a time that works best for you, and let us answer any questions or concerns during this time. We got you!
