Noninvasive Tummy Tuck

It's officially the holiday season! This is the time of year we reflect back on all the things we've accomplished, as well as the things we didn't get a chance to focus on as much as we would have liked to.

I know there's many of us who don't take enough time out for self care. And this is soooo important for not only our mental health, but for our general well being. Many of us are mothers, wives, and business owners, and as hard as it may be to find the time for personal care, we can't pour from an empty cup. In order to take care of others around us, we must make the time for ourselves as well.

This brings me to our topic for today: Our Noninvasive Mini Tummy Tuck

Going into the new year, I've personally set some goals for myself that focus around not only my mental health, but my physical health as well, because when we look better, we FEEL better. Which in turn, affects us mentally and can determine our mood from day to day.

Why is this relevant? I'll tell you.

So many of us struggle with things about ourselves we don't like. We're our own worst critics, and we have the ability to be super hard on ourselves, even when we don't mean to be.

Many of us don't have the time to get surgical procedures done because of the recovery time, even though we may be wanting to fix certain things about our bodies we hate. The thought of missing time away from work and our families can make it seem almost impossible to ever get any surgical procedures, and that is where our Nonsurgical Mini Tummy Tuck comes in.

But before we tell you about it, I want to first go over what a surgical tummy tuck is, the risks involved, the cost of the procedure, and what the recovery process entails.

Surgical Tummy Tuck Procedure

A surgical tummy tuck is also known as abdominoplasty, and works by eliminating excess skin and fat from the stomach area. This procedure helps to create a flatter, tighter and more toned tummy. This can also help to fix abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti), after a pregnancy, and can also help to get rid of any stretch marks in the treated area.

For a mini tummy tuck, this surgery focuses on improving the lower belly, and involves making a single incision just above the pubic mound leaving a thin, horizontal line, and can be cut along a c-section incision to avoid having an extra scar. This is good for those looking to reduce the "pooch" or more commonly known these days, as the "fupa".

In some cases, if the patient wants a fully tummy tuck, which involves excess skin above the navel, a second incision will be made around the navel.

During a tummy tuck, the patient is put under general anesthesia, which means they are put to sleep during the surgery. Afterwards, drains are usually put in place in the incisions to help remove any excess blood and fluids. These drains will have to be well taken care of to avoid any risk of infection.

After-care following the procedure is needed, as the patient will need to start receiving lymphatic drainage massages right away to reduce any swelling, or fluid. Between 10-20 massages are recommended to ensure all the fluid has been drained. Some surgeons will also recommend the patient follows up with noninvasive treatments to keep everything tight, and smooth, such as the ones we use here at A Body Vibe.

Returning to work will depend on how physically demanding the job is. Many people will take about a month off of work while they are recovering. For desk jobs, some people may be able to return to work about 2 weeks later, for others about 4 weeks.

Because of the limits placed on lifting and straining, moms who undergo this surgery will need to have full-time help with small children for the first few weeks. Lifting too heavy or too much too soon can possibly stretch the incision and may lead to prolonged bleeding and swelling.

Although the results of a tummy tuck are considered permanent, if the individual has fluctuations in weight, or gains a certain amount of weight afterwards, this can greatly diminish the results, causing the skin or muscles to stretch out again and weaken.

The risks of a surgical tummy tuck include:

  • Scarring

  • Seromas (accumulation of fluid)

  • Infection

  • Poor wound healing

  • Blood clots

  • Numbness or changes in skin sensation

  • Fat necrosis (death of fatty tissue)

  • Wound separation

  • Asymmetry

The cost of a surgical tummy tuck can vary from $6000-$20000 depending on the doctor, clinic, area, body type and the type of tummy tuck.

Nonsurgical Tummy Tuck

So what is our Noninvasive Tummy Tuck?

Since we are a noninvasive body contouring spa, we use all nonsurgical treatments to help contour the body, reduce stubborn fat, and tighten the skin.

Our noninvasive tummy tuck includes 4 sessions of some or all of these treatments, depending on the client: cavitation, radio frequency, vacuum RF therapy, wood therapy, laser lipo, and cosmetic serums to help get rid of stubborn fat, tighten the tummy, and reduce any swelling or bloating.

Cavitation helps to break down any stubborn, subcutaneous fat, while radio frequency will help to tighten. Wood therapy is used to further break down the fat and tighten, as well as contour and sculpt the area. Laser lipo helps to reduce any bloating or inflammation, and vacuum therapy helps to move all the fluid.

We also use a cocktail of mesotherapy serums that help with lipolysis and collagen production, resulting in quick and effective results comparable to a tummy tuck procedure.

This particular package focuses on the lower stomach, but will depend on the client and their BMI.

All of these treatments are painless, and have little to if any side effects, with no recovery period. If you are prone to bruising, there may be some mild bruising and tenderness from the wood therapy.

As with a surgical tummy tuck, the results you get from our noninvasive tummy tuck is permanent, so long as you adapt to healthy lifestyle habits. This includes eating healthy, exercising, and drinking an adequate amount of water daily. Any weight gain will negate the results.

The cost of our nonsurgical mini tummy tuck is $999, and will not require any downtime. We only ask that you commit to a healthy lifestyle throughout the treatment process for best results.

For the busy moms, wives or business owners, surgical procedures are not always the easiest or best options, as recovery time can be extensive. There are many who are also afraid to go under the knife, and who would benefit best from something noninvasive to avoid incisions or scarring, or not having to undergo any anesthesia. There are also those who cannot undergo surgery for various reasons.

If you've been debating on getting a surgical procedure, but are unsure of being able to take time off of work, or time away from your kids, or simply do not want to deal with scarring or incisions, A Body Vibe can help!

For a fraction of the price of a traditional tummy tuck, we can help you achieve your body goals via noninvasive treatments and holistic methods that can help to sculpt and shape the body and silhouette. This treatment will also prevent any ugly scarring, or any built up scar tissue that you would normally receive from a surgical procedure.

We offer free in-person consultations to go over your medical history and your goals to find out if our treatments are right for you.

Looking good does not have to cost you time away from your family, or cost you months and months worth of work. We can safely and effectively offer you the same results, with no recovery time, no pain, no scars, and without breaking the bank.
